2. Cleanup Services & Pricing

We offer one-time cleanups and recurring plans. Prices depend on the number of dogs and cleanup frequency:

2x Weekly

One-Time Clean

First-time customers must book a one-time clean before starting a recurring plan.

Larger yards will include additional charges:

Over 1/8 acre: +$25

Over 1/4 acre: +$50

Over 1/2 acre: +$75

Over 1 acre: custom pricing

3. Payment Policy

First-time and one-time cleanings must be paid upfront.

Recurring plans are billed monthly in advance.

Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, credit/debit card (Stripe).

Any extra time (beyond 1.5 hours) is billed at $1 per extra minute.

If we use more than 5 bags per dog, it’s $5 per extra bag.

You’ll receive a payment link before service — prompt payment confirms your booking.

4. Access Requirements

Please make sure:

Gates are unlocked

Dogs are secured indoors or separated

Yard is clear and safe to enter

If we can’t access the yard safely, the visit will be skipped with no refund.

5. Weather Policy

We scoop in all weather unless conditions are unsafe (flooding, snow, lightning, etc.).

If we cancel due to weather, you’ll get your next service free — no refunds.

6. Waste Bags & Disposal

We bring all tools and bags. We can:

Dispose of poop in your outdoor trash

or

Haul it away (at no extra cost in most areas)

Just tell us your preference!

7. Service Satisfaction

Not happy? Let us know within 24 hours — we’ll come back and re-clean for 50% off.

We don’t offer refunds, but we always make things right.

8. Yard Conditions & Safety

We can’t service unsafe yards:

Aggressive dogs

Overgrown grass

Sharp objects or hazards

If we arrive and can’t clean safely, we’ll issue a 50% refund.

9. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

Damage to lawns, gates, or fences

Pets escaping if gates are unlocked (we will always lock gates behind us with photo confirmation)

Any health or safety issues unrelated to our work

We walk carefully and put safety first at all times.

10. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your info is never sold or shared. We only use it to:

11. Policy Changes
